ESD-ProFloor floor-puzzle PF 105B battery handling

Battery-puzzle:
ESD-safe according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, fulfills personnel safety requirements according to VDE 100, usable for battery rooms according to DIN EN 50272-2.

Through the special construction the flooring puzzle can be laid quickly to create a solid industrial floor, without needing to redo the floor underneath first.

The puzzle can be laid out on all har floors (carpet aswell) with minimal or no preparation beforehand. As long as the surface is somewhat even, even worn or potentially wet sub floors can be fixed.

The ESD-puzzles can be laid out loosly and fix to eachothe thanks to their teeth quickly and easily. Besides a rubber hammer no tools are needed. Thanks to the easy nature of laying no interruption in the work processes are needed either.

In the case of changing temperatures (+/- 5°C room temp) it is needed to keep a 5mm distance between the puzzle-tiles and fixed points (i.e. walls etc.) to allow potential movement.
 
The ESD-floor-puzzle for battery rooms reaches all the ESD-requirements stated in DIN EN 61340-5-1, can be used in battery rooms and reaches all the requirements for battery rooms as stated inDIN EN IEC 62485-2:2019.

Grounding of ESD-floor puzzles:

To ground the flooring a carbon strip (every 5m) is needed to lay loosly underneath the tiles, which is then connected via a 1MOhm resistance to the ground. 

If grounding happens through a push button the carbon strip is connected to the push button and grounded via a grounding module.
