Battery puzzle:
ESD-compliant in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1, meets personal protection requirements in accordance with VDE 100, suitable for battery rooms in accordance with DIN EN 50272-2.

Thanks to its special design, the floor puzzle enables even large areas of industrial flooring to be laid quickly in a solid bond without having to carry out time-consuming repairs to the subfloor beforehand.

It can be used on all hard surfaces (including carpets) with minimal or no preparation. As long as the surface is relatively level, poor, worn and possibly damp subfloors can be quickly improved.

The ESD puzzle pieces can be laid loosely on the floor and easily fixed in place thanks to the uniquely shaped toothing. Apart from a rubber mallet, no special tools are required. As the ESD floor puzzle can be laid simply and modularly, there is no need to interrupt operations during installation.

In the event of minimal temperature fluctuations (+/- 5 °C room temperature), it is necessary to maintain a 5 mm gap between the tiles and any fixed points (e.g. wall or pillars) to allow for movement in the event of expansion or contraction of the tiles.

The ESD floor puzzlefor battery rooms fulfills the ESD requirements according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, it is suitable for use in battery rooms and meets the requirements for battery rooms according to DIN EN IEC 62485-2:2019.

Notes on earthing the ESD floor puzzle:

To earth the floor covering, a copper strip (every 5 m) is placed loosely under the covering and connected to earth via 1 MOhm resistor.

When earthing with a push-button, the copper strip is attached to the covering with a push-button and earthed via an earthing module.
