ESD Audit Kit – Conducting Audit Processes Efficiently and in Compliance
A structured ESD Audit Kit ensures that all relevant test processes in your EPA are carried out reproducibly, in compliance with standards and with complete documentation. Particularly for internal audits or external certifications per DIN EN 61340-5-1 and ANSI/ESD S20.20, a complete kit is essential – it combines all necessary measurement devices in a compact case and significantly reduces organisational effort.

All kits are based on the TERA-Ohmmeter TeraResist 8000 and the electric field meter EFM 825 – calibratable precision instruments for surface, contact and volume resistance measurements as well as the verification of electrostatic fields and ionisers.
