Measuring device set for ESD measurements. This kit combines the two most relevant ESD measuring devices in a practical aluminum case.
Set consisting of:
- EP0201075 TeraResist 8000 high ohmmeter including two ME10 measuring electrodes
- EP0201125 EFM 825 electric field meter with internal USB interface
The set includes battery chargers for both measuring devices as well as the connecting cables to the measuring electrodes and an earthing cable for the EFM.
