The ESD Workbench as the Foundation of Every EPA Workstation

Few points in an EPA area bring together as many requirements as the workbench: ergonomics, load capacity, grounding and everyday practicality all have to work together. An ESD workbench forms the backbone of every dissipative workstation – keeping components, tools and the operator's hands continuously at the same potential, so electrostatic discharges never get the chance to occur in the first place.


Height-Adjustable, Load-Rated, Individually Configurable

Whether adjusted manually via hex key and hand crank or electrically via motor: our ESD workbenches adapt to a wide range of body heights and workflows, supporting loads of up to 400 kg depending on the model. The tabletops feature an ESD HPL or hard laminate coating, or semi-conductive chipboard, and connect to the workstation's grounding system via a central ESD connection. Using our configurator, you can put together your ideal ESD workbench in just a few minutes – including accessories such as perforated panels, shelf boards or task lighting.


Grounding, Fully Monitored

An ESD workbench only provides reliable protection if grounding works continuously and is actively monitored. That's why our workbenches are available with either a MultiGround grounding monitor, which checks the surface resistance in real time, or a classic ESD grounding box. Either way, you always know at a glance whether the workstation is genuinely grounded to standard.


Delivered Compliant – Including Test Report

All ESD workbenches in our range meet the requirements of DIN EN 61340-5-1 and are delivered fully assembled, together with an ESD test report. That means no assembly on your end and no need to re-test the resistance values – your ESD workbench arrives ready for use in electronics manufacturing, test stations, laboratories or assembly lines.
