ESD brushes and paintbrushes for cleaning sensitive components

ESD brushes and ESD paintbrushes are required for cleaning flat assemblies that are susceptible to ESD, as unlike conventional brushes, they do not generate static charges. A typical area of application is the removal of flux residues that arise during soldering, for example.

Yellow bristles are made of polyamide and are dissipative/conductive. Resistance: 10⁹ -10¹⁰ ohms
Black bristles are made of nylon and are conductive. Resistance: 10⁵ ohms
