ESD dispensers, liquid containers, dosing bottles

The lid makes all the difference


ESD liquid containers play an important role in the electronics manufacturing industry.

  • Conventional containers made of plastic can become electrostatically charged.
  • An ESD-safe surface prevents the accumulation and sudden discharge of static electricity.
  • This protects sensitive electronics (e.g. microchips, circuit boards) from damage.

  • Alcohol-based cleaning agents or flux are often used in electronics manufacturing.

  • These are highly flammable – an ESD spark could otherwise lead to ignition.

  • ESD containers drastically reduce this risk.

  • ESD containers help companies meet the requirements of standards such as IEC 61340-5-1 or ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.

  • This is important for certifications, quality control and product safety

  • Many ESD containers are equipped with pump mechanisms, fine dispensers or spray heads.

  • They enable precise dosing without static charge – ideal for cleaning circuit boards, for example. 

One Touch

The pump has an opening in the centre of the shell so that the liquid seeps back into the bottle and evaporation is prevented.

Pure Touch

The pump has a special mushroom-shaped valve that prevents liquids from flowing back into the container and contaminating the contents.

Pure Take

The pump has the same features as the PURE TOUCH pump, but also has a lock for safe transport.

Take Along

The pump has the same features as the ONE TOUCH pump, but also has a lock for safe transport.
