- ESD events (electrostatic charges, discharges)
- Voltage changes in electrostatic fields
- Monitoring of ionizers with a balance (offset voltage) of ± 40V or better
- Detects a problematic environment and qualifies tools for handling ESD-sensitive devices
Alerts when a user-defined limit value is exceeded
