Measuring the efficiency of ionizers

A CPM measures in real time how well the ionizer is working to neutralize electrostatic charge.  

  • Measuring ion concentration: The charged plate monitor measures the charge on a plate near the ionized air. 
  • Monitoring the ionization rate: The monitor can measure the ionization rate of the devices. This means it checks how effectively the ionizer produces ions to reduce static electricity in the environment. 
  • Ensuring the balance between positive and negative ions.
