EPA-RESIST 8000S access control

Extended access control through cascading for grounding test center EPA-RESIST 8000 (Master-Slave function).

Enables access through relays to further EPA-zones after data check with the EPA-RESIST 8000.

People, who tested successful at the EPA-RESIST 8000, can access other EPA-zones with their RFID-card.
